LAKESIDE YIN

PRIVATE CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND YIN YOGA SERIES

YIN & YANG

Guided by the wisdom of Eastern traditions, Lakeside Yin embraces the balance of yin and yang practices. While yin yoga is our central focus, we recognize the importance of both quiet and dynamic movement. Movement exists on a spectrum, and Lakeside Yin integrates a variety of styles into our offerings

Yin is the stable, unmoving, hidden aspect of an object. Yang is the changing, moving, revealing aspect of an object. Our Yoga practice should be alive and adaptable to our needs as we go through the seasons of our lives.
