ABOUT KATHRYN
Movement & Somatic Practitioner
Kathryn Norris is a movement and somatic practitioner based in Chicago. Her work blends yoga, Pilates, somatic exploration, and Eastern energetic practices into a personalized, nervous system-informed approach to well-being.
With advanced training in Yin yoga, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based Pilates, Kathryn guides clients in reconnecting with their bodies—not through performance, but through presence. Her sessions emphasize strength, resilience, and rest, all grounded in functional movement, fascia science, and somatic awareness.
Kathryn is currently completing her yoga therapy certification and preparing to launch Ceres Movement—an expanded platform for 1:1 work, group classes, and seasonal offerings that integrate science, subtlety, and care.
